Frequently asked questions

The Belongify System is applicable to every team’s situation. How you apply it and engage with it is unique to you and your team. That’s what your Belongify Coach is there for and what makes the Belongify System very effective.

Every Belongify coach is fully certified and has extensive experience in group facilitation. You can choose your coach from our roster, or one will be thoughtfully assigned to take great care of your team.

Having a coach activate the Belongify System costs $5000 per team. If you have several teams or are looking for a more bespoke experience, please contact us for a quote.

We offer the Belongify Guarantee. If your team has not advanced at the end of completing the Belongify System, we will give you a 100% on-the-spot full refund. We will ask for feedback to improve the Belongify Experience for others.

The Belongify System works for teams of 4 to a maximum of 12 participants. The optimal size is 8 to 10. Keep in mind that larger teams can be split into groups for a shared experience..

This is solely determined by the team leader. However, the essence of belonging encourages inclusivity and equitable participation.

We recognize teams are fluid and understand that teams change membership regularly. We will work with the team leader(s) to make sure everyone participates in the process.

Belongify participants are asked questions that give them the choice to be as open or reserved as they personally prefer. In all cases, Belongify sessions remain respectfully confidential between the team members and Belongify coaches. Personal confidentiality and respect for each other are fundamental values of the Belongify System.

Participants spend between 15 – 30 minutes preparing for each Belongify session. All participants are given a brief outline of the session in advance, some short pre-reading material and should  also reserve some time to mentally prepare.

You can expect to see noticeable results in how your team works together at the end of each session and beyond.
